ABSTRACT
Over the past few decades noise pollution has emerged as an important issue in modern society and provides much of the impetus for the development of noise prediction and reduction techniques. After decades of development, the acoustical boundary element method has become an important method for problems on structural vibration and sound radiation. There are still some problems in the boundary element method worthy of further research, including the nearly singular integral, and so on.
