ABSTRACT
Structures related to the safety shutdown function in power plants in Korea include reactor containment building, auxiliary building, spent nuclear fuel building, and building for essential service water intake and drainage. Non-safety-related structures include turbine building and auxiliary boiler building (Concrete Structure Design Criteria Commentary 2007, Conllins & Mitchel 1991).
