ABSTRACT
The establishing method of knowledge-based through the connection between information processing and semantic based information has been suggested for knowledge management. In particular, the applications of knowledge resource and the management innovation in the knowledge-based economic environment are essential. And they are being developed as diverse knowledge management systems for creating new values. In the early creative phases and in the business activities of the NPD (New Product Development) process, standard office tools are often used as the sole software (CAD, CAE, CAM etc.) support (Yezersky 2007).
