ABSTRACT
In 2006 the European Union had promoted a performance to propose solutions for accessibility and mobility in the Historical Centres of Southern Europe. In this context, the proposal of the architects Elizabeth Abalo and Gonzalo Alonso with the structural collaboration of Juan P. Valcárcel had been selected. This is an external lift that saves a strong difference in level between the port of Ribadeo and the Historical Centre of the City.
