ABSTRACT

The presence of chemical agents in the work environment poses risks to the health of people who are in this area, developing their work activities. However, the mere fact of being exposed to risks does not mean, necessarily, that the person will have the so-called occupational diseases. For this to happen, there needs to be an interrelationship between various factors, such as concentration, exposure time, individual susceptibility, toxicity and shape at normal temperature and pressure conditions.
