ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The “Train-Overturned Derailment” is not so complex in the mechanism, but human damage in the accidents is excessively large. We have not a few number of such kind of accidents within 10 years in the world. It is very regrettable for us not to share the information of investigation results and the countermeasures of Japanese Fukuchiyama-line accident in 2005, and not to prevent recurrences of a same kind of accidents. In this paper the authors introduce the outline of the Japanese case, and report the results of comprehensive considerations on the recurrent same kind accidents in other countries.
