ABSTRACT
Many nurses are intrigued by the idea of working in a position which integrates technology into healthcare. A tremendous need exists for nurses who understand clinical informatics in order to provide solutions to existing problems in the healthcare arena. How does a clinical nurse position his or herself in order to help meet this need and have a valuable career focusing on healthcare informatics?
