ABSTRACT
In 2010, the Clinical Informatics Team at the University of CaliforniaIrvine (UCI), was challenged to develop an analytics program that would address the clinical, operations, quality and research needs of the organization. The solution not only had to meet the immediate needs, but also had to meet future, yet unknown organizational needs.
