ABSTRACT
AEC or ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Economic Community has been effective since December 31, 2015. It creates major impact 88on agricultural industry as well as on other industries in all 10-member countries of ASEAN. A total of 650 million people of the 10 ASEAN countries need more foods and other agricultural produces. The unification of the ASEAN countries also results in the competition of agricultural products from other AEC-producing countries as many of them are agricultural-product producing countries. Hand-in-hand with agricultural production is the need for increase management cost, health and sanitation, and environment. Tropical fruits are items of great importance for both the growers and consumers. One of the main factors involved in the production of tropical fruits are their agricultural management, which will help the growers to obtain both the quality and quantity of their produces.
