ABSTRACT
Naema, a 16-year-old, was the first one to reach Udyam every day. She ran from school because every day her teacher used to beat her and also ridicule her about her caste. Naema complained to her mother, but her mother didn’t have the courage to confront the teacher. One day when Naema's teacher slapped her for no reason, she slapped her back, bit her arm, and ran away from school. That was the end of her education; she was in class 3.
