ABSTRACT
Electromagnetic millimeter (MM) waves (λ=1 to 10 mm) correspond to the extremely high frequency (EHF) band: f=300 to 30 GHz. In the electromagnetic spectrum, this band lies between the super-highfrequency (microwave) band and the optical (infrared) band.
