ABSTRACT
Severe gastro-oesophageal reflux is common in children with cerebral palsy. It may be associated with frequent chest infections, especially when there is recurrent aspiration because of cranial nerve weakness/ bulbar palsy/poor co-ordination of laryngeal muscles.2
