ABSTRACT
Over 150 procedures have been used as surgical treatment for urethral sphincter incompetence (USI); this fact alone tells us that there is no perfect operation suitable for all patients. The clinician has to choose the appropriate operation for the individual patient based on clinical and urodynamic data.
