ABSTRACT
In recent classifications of the dystonias, several disorders have been distinguished from ‘idiopathic’ or ‘primary’ torsion dystonia based on characteristic clinical features or pharmacologic responses. These diseases have been grouped into a category of ‘dystonia-plus syndromes’.1
