ABSTRACT
Malignant tumors of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are relatively rare, accounting for 3% of head and neck carcinomas and about 0.5% of allmalignancies (1). Despite the low incidence rate, a great variety of histologic types exist. Therefore, the published series from each institution are generally small and heterogeneous, preventing definitive conclusions.
