ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we comment on standard semen analysis, computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA), sperm function tests (particularly of sperm-oocyte interaction), and some other assays currently used in clinical research. We also discuss evaluation of the clinical value of proposed new sperm tests. Details of methodology are omitted as these can be found in the literature. We concentrate on our own contributions.
