ABSTRACT
While most headache sufferers experience attacks once or twice per month, some individuals (about 4% of the adult population) chronically experience attacks on a daily or near daily basis. The term ‘‘chronic daily headache’’ (CDH) is defined by convention as headache on 15 or more days per month.
