ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Tumors and diseases of the external genitalia encompass those problems unique to the area as well as those that are part of more generalized processes. To effectively manage tumors and diseases of this region, an understanding of the pertinent anatomy is needed to facilitate safe biopsy, anesthetic delivery, and surgery. Knowledge of the lymphatic drainage of the genitalia is also necessary for appropriate management of malignancies.
