ABSTRACT
This chapter aims to address the pharmacological features and the clinical and therapeutic uses of those antiplatelet agents not mentioned in detail elsewhere in this text. Specifically, we will examine the (i) cyclooxygenase (COX)-inhibitor group, (ii) the phosphodiesteraseinhibitor group, and (iii) other agents such as disintegrins and piracetam.
