ABSTRACT
Duplex ultrasound Patients undergoing infrainguinal vein graft must be followedup on a strict color-flow duplex ultrasound surveillance program due to the high incidence of vein graft stenosis and occlusion occurring either in the bypass graft or in the adjacent inflow or outflow arteries.
