ABSTRACT
Diagnosis and Diff erential Diagnosis e diagnosis is clinically performed. e patient should be examined in the orthostatic position. Characteristically, accidity is diagnosed by the appearance of excess of skin, which ranges from light changes in the relief, of “draping” kind, especially on the extension aspects of the proximal portion of the limbs, to the exuberant apron look.
