Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstruction Following Incontinence Surgery—Urethrolysis and Other Techniques

In this chapter we will explore the frequency of voiding dysfunction after incontinence surgery. The methods of diagnosis are delineated, but patient history remains the key. We will discuss diverse surgical techniques including: urethrolysis by a variety of approaches, sling incision, and new less invasive methodologies applicable to midurethral synthetic slings.
