ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION This last chapter is aimed at resuming the different knowledge and advices offered by previous chapters in order to help switching from the comprehension of stillbirth (SB) into an active management. Starting from a failure of the reproductive process, the efforts of clinicians have to be mandatory devoted to avoiding recurrence. Then, on one hand we should provide couple with honest information on causality together with eventual advices on suggested behaviors. On the other hand, we have to remove identified risk factors together with eventual medical interventions in the next pregnancy.
