ABSTRACT
It is now estimated that 1 in every 250 people in the adult population is a childhood cancer survivor. In recent years, around 1,400,000 new cancer cases were expected annually in the United States, approximately half of which were expected to be women. According to previous reports, 8% of these women were predicted to be under 40 years of age.
