ABSTRACT
Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome Workup Upon diagnosis of TTTS, other possible etiologies should be ruled out, by obtaining detailed anatomy survey by ultrasound of both twins, including UA Doppler and echocardiography, fetal chromosomes by amniocentesis, infectious studies (e.g. CMV, parvovirus, toxoplasmosis) on amniotic fluid and maternal serum, and maternal glucose-tolerance testing.
