ABSTRACT
Fetal Growth Twins grow at the same rate as singletons up to 28 to 32 weeks, and then the growth of twins slows, so that fetal twin charts are best used for management. Sonographic assessment can be performed about every 4 weeks from 18 to 20 weeks until delivery. If discordance or IUGR is diagnosed, then frequency can be increased to every three weeks.
