ABSTRACT
Just outside the gates of a major amusement park, a young woman sits crying. Someone has stolen her purse. She has not only lost her money, but also her identification card, her credit cards, her airline tickets, and her passport. Because she does not speak the local language well, she sits in agony, her vacation ruined.
