Just in case you missed it, the news is out: Today’s employees and leaders seem to have split personalities:

Many employees are not quite as willing as they were in the past to follow you off into the dark unknown or to go along with all your new ventures without questions—and a lot of them, at that.

Many leaders see that they need to radically change how they adapt and act in their marketplace.

Other leaders, companies, and employees have insulated themselves from the world and think nothing has changed, nor needs to change.
