ABSTRACT
To darken the sky start by clicking on the foreground color swatch in the Tools palette to open the Color Picker. Select a deep blue and select OK. In the Options bar select the ‘Foreground to Transparent’, ‘Linear Gradient’ and ‘Multiply’ options. Drag a gradient from the top of the image to just below the horizon line to darken the sky. Holding down the Shift key as you drag constrains the gradient keeping it absolutely vertical.
