ABSTRACT
The design process is a mixture of art science and serendipity that is also a journey of discovery and documentation that commences with a vision, proceeds through testing that vision and forming a model, putting together an appropriate team of specialists and then guiding them through the delivery pro cess up until the realisation of the project.
