ABSTRACT
Hotel Herttua – Spa and rehabilitation centre ( www.herttua. fi ) is located at Kerimäki on a beautiful, narrow stretch of land on Lake Puruvesi in Eastern Finland, in the province of South Savo (see Figure CS6.1 ). The municipality has a population of 5,923 (31.12.2005) and covers an area of 875.0 square kilometre of which 281.14 square kilometre is water ( www.kerimaki.fi ).
