ABSTRACT
This comprises MSPs in the capacity of Ministers and the offi ces of Lord Advocate and Solicitor General, led by the First Minister. Together they are known as the Scottish Ministers. Since May 2007, the Executive (now rebranded the Scottish Government) has been formed by the Scottish National Party.
