ABSTRACT
This chapter has been written by members of ACT – a Surrey social services multi-disciplinary assessment, consultation and therapeutic service for children and young people who sexually abuse and their families or carers. An important part of ACT’s function is to advise social workers on appropriate placements for young sexual abusers at the point of referral and investigation through to the termination phase of therapy.
