ABSTRACT
The relationships established during work in school with professional and support staff, parents and children greatly influence study at all levels within the world of education and have a significant impact upon the success and performance of all involved. Indeed, education degrees are one of the few professional qualifications where students are actually assessed on their ability to form and work within professional relationships.
