ABSTRACT
Dear Consultant: I’m not sure I can save my group from implosion, and I am inviting your thoughts about what I may have done wrong to get to this point, what I might be able to do now to ease the pain of the group’s demise, or even whether there is something I can do to keep the group alive. I’m embarrassed to tell this story because I already know several of my mistakes, but you need to know what has transpired.
