ABSTRACT
Dear Consultant: I am struggling with a constant feeling of incompetence in one of my groups. This is unusual for me, but at times, I think it is deserved because some of my interventions have been, even to my eye, weak if not actually mean-spirited. There’s something about this group that triggers comments from me that I’m not proud of. Because this forum is anonymous, I am willing to share them with you, hoping to better understand how this has emerged.
