ABSTRACT
In the brief span of just over a decade since its inception, the World Wide Web has grown at an astounding rate. Near-ubiquitous internet accessibility, coupled with ever-increasing data transmission bandwidth, have made terms such as the “Web” or “surfing” part of the everyday American lexicon. With trillions of dollars in investments, the IT industry has come to be a corner stone of the Information Age economy.
