ABSTRACT
Avner de-Shalit outlines a new theory of exploitation specifically designed to illuminate discourse in the international arena. Existing Marxian and liberal theories of exploitation, argues de-Shalit, are inappproriate tools to employ in this context. I propose to undertake a preliminary critique of de-Shalit’s chapter from the perspective of a lawyer.
