ABSTRACT
At a fundamental level we need to understand the nature of concentration. It is now possible to measure brain rhythm patterns very easily (Dowson, 1997) and to diagnose these scans; feedback frequencies can be used to correct deficiencies. Table 1.1 gives the characteristics of the various brain rhythms.
