ABSTRACT
As a concept, telework is well-known. In general, it refers to the practice of working at multiple sites using computers and telecommunications. It covers a range of work styles, including telecommuting, mobile, SOHOs (‘Small Office/Home Office’), part-time, and so on. However, its definition is ambiguous. In fact, there are probably as many definitions of telework as there are researchers in the field.
