ABSTRACT

This fraternal relation is an innate and constant element which cannot be eliminated from the social order without disaster. This relation which is expressed in fraternal love, mutual helpfulness, encouragement and exhortation among those who are brothers is a source of true service to the Empire. Those who disregard this unalterable moral discipline, those who would neglect these innate bonds, those who would disobey the dictates of Nippon Shindo are not only disloyal to our Emperor, their fault can never be condoned by heaven or earth. Although it may be said that the people of Yamato do not fall into these errors they can never afford to neglect the development of this instinctive fraternal spirit. We must realise that it is the essential duty of the people of Yamato to achieve a practical realisation of this virtue.
