ABSTRACT
Who can doubt the infinitude of the heavens or the limitless mass of the earth? In the midst of such phenomena our national institutions have been established and our laws promulgated. In such a setting the August Dignity of our Emperor shines in glorious effulgence upon earth as the sun and the moon adorn the heavens above with their beams. The people enjoy peace as the grasses and the trees enjoy tranquillity upon the surface of the land. Such phenomena are indeed a witness to the glory of our Empire. Who is there that would dare to question the august dignity of our Empire or the peaceful prosperity of our people?
