ABSTRACT

T HE laws of physics are manifested in the workings of nature. The laws of the land depend upon the exercise of authority by the ultimate power. As all the phenomena

of nature down to the smallest insect and the least particle of dust are without exception under the domain of law so too is every individual subject bound by the obligation to obey the legal regulations of his country. It is important to realise that in a nation, and by means of the proper functioning of natural laws on the one hand and human regulations on the other, all natural phenomena are well ordered, and the subjects of that nation are enabled to pursue their duties without confusion.
