The Role of the American Negro in American-African Relations*

The American Negro should have as much interest in the development of Africa as the American Jew has in the development of Israel. Not only will a renaissance of concern uncover the missing link between the American Negro and his African heritage, but it should further substantiate, among other things the rich contributions Africans have made to the culture of the world.
