ABSTRACT

This paper reports an ongoing research project aimed at developing an analytic rubric used with graduate literature reviews, focusing on the process of adapting and testing it as an instructional and assessment instrument. Early data are presented with explanations of instrument adaptation and our reflections on training and implementation. Emphasis is given to our techniques for transferring the project from one off-campus graduate program to a similar one, while continuing the faculty-librarian model of collaboration. We offer recommendations for modifications to the process and highlight strengths of the rubric. doi:10.1300/J111v45n01_10
