discusses the important links between information resources, hypermedia and learning
describes three metaphors that underlie instructional uses of hypermedia and multimedia, and
looks over the shoulder of a learner who browses through an electronic encyclopedia and concludes with a discussion about the necessary change in learning for the use of hypermedia environments.
