ABSTRACT
Learning to analyze and play the game of politics demands that one focus on who gets what, when, where, how, and why (Lasswell, 1950). At-risk youth usually lose in the political arena. How are these political games structured? Are some games better for those in our society who are at risk? What are reasonable goals and effective strategies for at-risk youth and their advocates?
