ABSTRACT
After completing this volume, which brings together for the first time the most current information and knowledge about Employee Assistance Program (EAP) evaluations, two questions seem appropriate to address—what have we learned from this “critical mass” of information and where are we going from here? By way of response, we have learned much about how EAPs have evolved and developed and also about how they are evaluated.
