ABSTRACT

The reasons for this may include any one or combinations of the following: (1) there is a lack of resources (e.g., money and personnel) devoted to evaluating EAPs; (2) there are a lack of scientific instruments developed for use in this field; (3) organizations are reluctant to evaluate their EAPs for one reason or another; and/or (4) there has been a lack of attention directed toward planning EAP evaluations.
