ABSTRACT
David is 15 years old. He wants to go to the movies with his friend Mark. When he comes into Mark's house, Mark is watching a football game on TV. David says, “Come on, let's go to the movies this afternoon.” Mark doesn't want to go because he is more interested in watching the game. David says once more, “Come on, I wanna go.” When Mark says no, David calls him a jerk and says, “OK. Forget it. You're stupid anyway. I'm leaving.” He stomps out the door.
